Functions

The Administration & Services Staff Service has the following functions, amongst others:

  • Manage access and vacancy processes related to teaching and research staff job positions.
  • Management of teaching and research staff contracting and appointments.
  • Manage administrative situations or analogous situations of teaching and research staff: transformations, renewals, three-yearly increments, retirements, compatibilities, permissions and licences.
  • Provide administrative support to issues that arise with respect to teaching and research staff.
