Functions

The Administration & Services Staff Service has the following functions, amongst others:

  • Management of access and recruitment processes related to job positions of the administration and services staff. 
  • Management of hiring and appointment of administration and services staff.
  • Management of administrative and labour history of administrative and services staff: administrative situations, transfers, three-year salary increments, retirements, compatibilities, permissions and licences.
  • Management of internal and external training of administrative and services staff.
